About Maibach Ford
2012 will mark the 100th anniversary of a Ford dealership in Orrville serving the surrounding area. While owning a Pontiac/GMC dealership in Rittman Ohio from 1981 to 1996, owner Fred Maibach purchased the Orrville Ford dealership from Ford Motor Company in 1993. In 2004, Maibach Ford moved to its new location on the north end of town along state route 57. This location was chosen for the need of expansion but also with the commitment to better serve their customer.
The commitment to continually improving our customer service has resulted in Maibach Ford winning Ford Motor Company’s President’s Award five times since 2004. The President’s Award is described by Ford Motor Company as,
“Ford Motor Company’s President’s Award recognizes and rewards Dealers who have excelled in achieving superior Customer Satisfaction and are Blue Oval Certified. The President’s Award recipients exemplify commitment and resolve. They understand what it takes to attain the distinction of a leader and can consistently exceed that level. What makes this award even more significant is that Customers are the judges. Through a comprehensive survey, Customers rate Dealers on the basis of their Sales and Service experiences. Yearly only 340 Dealerships out of more than 5,000 are awarded this high honor.”
